My Story
My background isn’t a traditional design path. After years in product development and project management, I now focus on the work I enjoy the most: creating spaces that feel like home for the people who live in them.
For the last several years my husband and I have worked full time with contractors and homeowners to remodel and customize over 100 homes. I take a hands-on approach to design and can help with every aspect of your home; everything from paint colors to lighting, furniture, decor, countertops, flooring and tile.

Design Process
I always offer a free consultation by phone. After our consultation, we will make plans to meet at your home. It's important that during this process you trust me and I understand your vision completely, so that after your remodel or design refresh you're happy. We will work together very closely to define your vision and get on the same page before any work is started.
All design projects are different and while many parts of each project are unique, we will follow the same basic design process. This process ensures that you and the general contractor (if required) stay on the same page and that the work is completed to your specifications - on time and on budget.

Estimate (I can create a project estimate and shopping list for the items to be purchased)

Design shopping & review - we work together to shop for the items on our list this can include everything from windows to tile to cabinet door pulls. The more prepared you are for a remodel or refresh the more smoothly the project will progress.

Project guide - I will create a project guide for the contractor in your home to follow so that the design is executed correctly and completely to bring the design vision to life.
